If you are a plant lover and enjoy seeing blooms and greeneries on your trips then consider visiting these 3 famous gardens in the world. They are known for their beautiful garden landscapes and wide-variety of flowers can be seen and admired.
Keukenhof Gardens, Netherlands
This is my favorite place to visit whenever I am in the Netherlands. I have been here twice and each time feels like a new visit. They change their theme every year so you can be assured that your next visit will be a different experience from the first one. It is open for a few weeks in a year as it showcases its beautiful florals only during springtime. So it is highly visited during its open time.
The Keukenhof Gardens is located in Lisse. It is not very far from Amsterdam and many tour operators offer a visit to this majestic garden whenever you are in Amsterdam or visiting Holland. I am such a big fan of tulips so if you like tulips and many other flowers and varieties of tulips then please visit this garden.
Dubai Miracle Garden, United Arab Emirates
This is fairly a new garden compared to the other top gardens in the world. It is located in the beautiful, cosmopolitan city of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. It is a famous flower garden launched in 2013. It is a vast garden featuring various cute themes like Big Teddy Bear, Mickey Mouse, the Floral Castle, the big A380 Emirates Airline aircraft adorned with flowers all over. You will wonder how many flowers have been planted here!
Kenroku-en Garden, Japan
Kenroko-en Garden is one of the top gardens to visit when you are in Japan. It is located in Kanazawa, Ishikawa, Japan. It is an old private garden but is considered one of the Three Great Gardens of Japan. This garden boasts of a naturally powered water fountain which approximately reaches 3.5 meters high. The fountain is near the Kasumigaike Pond. You will also find the Kotojitoro Lantern here which is the symbol of the garden, famous for its two-legged design.
If you miss traveling and visiting gardens around the world, getting flowers delivered in NYC or where you live can help boost the spirit especially if everyone else has been stuck due to other countries are still closed for tourism. Once the pandemic is over, I am visiting Keukenhof Gardens again this April 2021, and hopefully, other countries too will be open for non-essential travel. Well, people can still enjoy these gardens’ beauty virtually too.
There are plenty of gardens around the world which I am sure will also attract millions of visitors all over.
