Washington State Water Sports Rentals

The beautiful Lake Chelan, with ‘chelan’ from a Salish Indigenous word meaning ‘Deep Water’, is the largest natural lake in Washington state. It is in the north-central section of the state, is 50.5 miles long but is only 1.8 of a mile wide, has an average depth of 474 feet, and was completed in 1927. This is a natural paradise with unspoiled beauty and gorgeous panoramic views.

The lake boasts of an abundance of water sports, so there are many available Lake Chelan rentals including:

Party Boat Rentals

Up to 22 guests can take a sightseeing cruise around Lake Chelan in comfort and style with many amenities in a fully equipped and well-maintained boat that is easy to operate.

Jet Skis Rentals

There are state-of-the-art jet skis by Sea Doo with one, two, three, or four seats with the Intelligent Brake and Reverse system, which is approved by the U.S. Coast Guard for improving boating safety. That allows better maneuverability around other boats and docks and reduces stopping distances. The rental company issues to drivers a state-approved temporary license, and drivers must be at least 18 years old.

Kayak Rentals

The sparsely populated shoreline and deep forests make it a truly beautiful, reflective, and quiet paddle around the lake or a deeper trek into the pristine wilderness. Kayaks have used for at least 4,000 years, and there are preserved examples that date back to the 16th century. The early ones were built of seal skins placed wooden frames. Modern kayaks are now made from special plastics and resins, which makes them safe, durable, and easy to use.

Paddle Boards Rentals

Their popularity has skyrocketed because they combine the elements of surfboards and kayaks but are far less demanding. It takes just a few minutes to get comfortable on one, even for children, and then you’re all set for nearly unlimited fun on the water! Paddle boards have been traced back to 18th-century Polynesia!
